Fundamentals of Health
Let’s learn together.
Here you’ll find various length articles detailing health-related topics and educational materials. The goal is to help you develop a science-backed framework for your health and wellness with the hopes that someday you’ll be able to take the granular details and apply them to a bigger picture. Do you need to understand everything all at once? No. Take away what you can. Chat about it with family and friends, maybe your next doctor appointment?
The materials are written with the perspective of how I view every person that enters my clinic; it’s a glimpse into how I interpret “healthy vs not” and “how do I get them there?” It is a perspective cultivated from my journey of starting in food service, to studying microbiology, to incorporating cultures and history, and finally to diagnoses, treatment, and prevention.
Remember to always discuss with your physician on how to improve your health; while I am a physician, I am not your physician.
I hope you enjoy this educational series.
Disclaimer:
I do use artificial intelligence to help generate graphics since it is very convenient. Likewise, it may be used to help with spelling corrections and expedite production of materials to save time. However, with this said, all materials published I do stand by and do my best to ensure accuracy at time of publication. These opinions may change with time as well with changes in research. So, do your due diligence! With that said, let’s get started.
