Memberships unique to learners and teachers in academics and trades. Here, we value education and believe healthcare should not distract you from your goals. Options are available to support your apprenticeship, academics, and training,

Members that opt to fully pay for an annual membership by check/ACH will receive complimentary Home Visit Services for the membership year.

Wholesale laboratory prices available if not obtaining labs through insurance. This is often much cheaper. However, please be aware of outside pathology fees for biopsies and pap smears per Ohio Law and imaging interpretation by other parties..

Services

  • All medical in-office, phone, and video appointments are included in membership.

  • Phone, text and secure-messaging available through a patient-only number and application for timely, direct communication.

  • Basic primary care procedures included in membership.

    These currently include:

    Pap smear*

    Cryosurgery / destruction of skin lesion

    Excision of sebaceous cyst*

    Incision & drainage of abscess*

    Laceration repair (sutures)

    Skin shave, punch biopsy & curettage*

    Endometrial biopsy*

    IUD removal

    Skin tag and wart treatment*

    Joint injection (small and large joints: shoulder, knee, ankles, wrists/carpal tunnel, trigger finger)

    Earwax removal (curette and irrigation)

    Osteopathic manipulation treatment

    *note: additional pathology fees for biopsies and Pap smears per Ohio Law. This may also occur with imaging.

  • Labwork:

    North Star Medicine has a wholesale lab agreement for significantly reduced pricing. Patients may use their insurance if they wish, but our direct prices are so low, many patients choose to pay directly for their labs.

    In-office testing (includes but not limited to):

    -Urine dipstick

    -Strep tests

    -Point-of-care glucose testing

    Referrals:

    Dr. Tran makes an effort to get to know local specialists and community resources. The hope is to provide you with personalized referrals when needed.

  • Best Family Doctor Ever!! Dr. Tran is a doctor you can tell genuinely cares about his patients. He never rushes appointments. His new patients he goes over their medical history so thoroughly. I as someone with a pretty intense medical history, was shocked to see he printed out every single file he could find at my first appointment a couple years ago. It made me feel like I found a doctor that I wouldn’t have to explain everything I have. He understands chronic illnesses, and he will get you where you need to be. He answers any and all questions, and in my experience leaves no stone unturned. He has also always been very respectful and compassionate.
