Our Membership Options

No enrollment fee. Payment to be completed at first appointment.

  1. Fully paid annual memberships by check/ACH will receive complimentary Home Visit Services for the membership year.

  2. Proof of ongoing enrollment and involvement required for students and educators.

  3. Wholesale laboratory prices available if not obtaining labs through insurance. This generally more affordable. However, please be aware of outside pathology fees for biopsies and Pap smears per Ohio Law.
